Approval and Instructions
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific address for our European warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging, include the RMA form, and ship the parcel using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
